Remove paint on louvers help!

hey guys, I just picked up a 88 Iroc roller for $100. Hoping to use the hood and rims on my car. The hood was sprayed but it's now peeling so that has to be sanded. The louvers were painted as well (ugly blue color) and they are shot. Is there any way to remove the paint on them?! I took them off, only managed to snap one stud haha. But seriously, any help?

see if there's a local media blasting place in your area. the typical back yard sandblasting jobs people do would destroy them but media blasting shops have certain types of media that'll take the paint off without damaging the part and will be a lot more efficient than sanding.

Dollar store oven cleaner might work. Emphasis on might. Attempt at your own risk.
