T-top tint coming off.....

T-top tint coming off.....
The dark tint is coming off of the inside of my passenger side t-top. Can I just pull it off and buy one of those tint kits at walmart and redo it?? What about the seal stuff that's around the edges?? Can I buy that too, or should I have this professionally
done?? If so, what's a fair price? thanks
