Got third gen clear tail lights? Or any different than stock tails?
Hey, I'm curious if any one has clear tail lights? Either being clear blinkers in the back or the whole tail lights being white. I've seen one member here having the blinker being red, so the whole tail light was red, and the reverse light was the only other color, white, no yellow. It looked pretty hot, I must admit. If you were that member please post, where ya get them? I found like one site www.lightlens.com, where they have clear side markers for our cars, and clear tailights for later Camaros (I wonder what they look like?)So anyone got em? Post a pic. And tell us where ya got em.

the red tailights were the stock tailights and he used a hobby paint to get the yellow to turn red. his username is un4givin89. i did my tailights with a black tint, called vht nightshade. it gives the tailights a totally different look. also, ive got the white sidemarker lights, they are a nice addition. now im looking for some white covers and lights for the spot that illuminates the license plate, cuz mine are old, yellow and ugly.

Where did you get those clear side markers from? Did you make them? And also by using the Nighshade stuff do you still see the orange and white for turn adn reverse signals and is it legal? thanks in advance

nite shade
I'd check local laws about it being legal. I used it on the front and side turn signals. The yellow still shows a little, might work better on clear ones though. Worth the $6 though.
