SEM Color coat sticky center console lid?
Used Sem Color coat to paint my center console lid and it never fully cured. What can I do? We are talking 6 months ago. It leaves skin prints as you left yout arm off of it. Humidity and temp was good (I did it in a climate controlled garage)

Try mineral spirits (paint thinner) to remove it. If that doesn't work lacquer thinner will, but might damage the console surface.

Did you prep it with SEM soap and SEM Universal surface cleaner and then spray an adhesion promoter like it says on the can?
