buying a cowl from a friend

here is the deal: my friend is selling me his cowl and i am giving him my hood. the cowl is 4", fiberglass, has the sticky stuff from when he had his bra on it, and has some damage on the front right corner. how much should i buy it for? i am thinking 125 or so, since it has damage and mine is in perfect condition. here is a pic of both our cars, obviously mine is the one without the cowl.

White the only color they sell in Texas now???

I'm not sure if it'd be worth 125. I'd probably base my price depending upon how it fits. If it fits really well, then it should easily be worth 125. A stock hood doesn't go for much, but neither does a used cowl hood. Unlimited Products sells a brand new one for just a little over 250 I believe.

Unlimited Products www.up22.com

If it was me, I would buy a Glastek hood. Which I did. It is a 4" cowl induction hood. Excellent quality. You can reach them at (630) 978-9897
