It's not a TA but still works either way.

A friend had one in his Formula. He mounted it so it was infront of the vents in the center of the dash. He made a mounting bracket that hung from the bottom of the dash (He used one existing screw, and had to add a new one into the bottom of the dash pad) It was a very clean install, you might want to think about it.

TACH

My old boss has an 82' TA w/ a 400 and a lot of sack he put his monster 6" with the shift light on top of the dash below the rear view mirror. I put a 4" with a built in shift light right in front of my old factor tach and it look pretty good.

Im not tryin to flame anyone in anyway, but... Isnt the whole "point" of having another tach is to mount in in the line of sight... namely a 5" Moster Tach? I mean come on, if you cant see it any better that you can your factory tach, why not just get just the shift light? Just curious...

BTW: Someone I know who has one has it mounted right between the A pillar and the dash pad. Looks ok I guess...
