Difference between front clip and fron bumber

Any ways i want a 88-91 (i think those are the years with the two fog lights at the bottom) front nose piece, any one have a spare?

A front clip is usually referred to as everything from the firewall forward (subframe, fenders, hood, bumper etc). A front bumper usually refers to the bumper cover, impact absorbing material and impact bar. A bumper cover, is just that, the covering of the bumper (the part that everyone sees), but front bumper and bumper cover are usually interchanged freely in referring to the cover only. That should clear it up.
