TPI383-----> need some help!

I just seen a pic of your polished 91-92 rims. Looks really great. I have a 91 Z and my rims are kinda ****ty now, i would really be interested in doing that to my rims. Would it be possible to get detailed instructions on how to do that? I would need actual names of supplies you used and where you got them and approximate cost. I have plenty of time. BTW, did you paint the lines on the spokes black, and did you polish them with the tires off or on? I would really appreciate the reply. I have never seen rims as good looking as yours. Your the only one ive ever seen rims like that. I even like them better then the chrome ones. thanks

I got your e-mail and responded to this addy? epwenger@yahoo.com

Is it the right e-mail addy?

I actually paid $300 to have these ones done. but I have polished my old iroc rims.

This is the best way to do em...

320
400
600
1200
2000

The sanding is the most Inportant steps.

After all the sanding get some WHITE ROUGE and a hi speed buffer and buff the heck out of em.
Then clean em off with a cotton rag.

I use MOTHERS MAG POLISH for the finnal polishing. by hand.

When I did mine I did everything by HAND i didnt use a buffer or DA. but if you have access to a DA to do the sanding it will go 10x faster.
JUST make sure you use steady strokes and make sure you dont have a wavey finish.

If ya have any more Questions drop me a line.

. And Yes I painted the lines BLACK... just tape everything off and spray em.
