Hey has anyone ever seen a 91-92 Z28 high rise wing with the brake light in it????

 

i haven't... coarse doesn't mean there's not one out there.

 

I have seen one, but they are pretty friggen rare. I want one for my car, or fabricate a brake light into an existing one.

 

they don't make them if that's what your asking........

you can make one, be careful though as the material itself can be hard to work with; i recommend trying to find a cheap used one to work with rather than a nice stock one.

the one i'm working on is stock, it's somewhat hollow, i'm using a part off of a cadillac. we'll see what happens, i've also seen people use a jimmy style 3rd brake light; but it looks kinda funny, mine almost covers the whole length of the spoiler.

i've also seen a few implement a neon type bar up into the bottom so that it's flush an un noticeable but at night the spoiler can give off a glow from underneath; not sure if i like it yet, but it's different.

 

I was thinking of the brake light there because I have an 88 camaro with the shorty wing style with the light in it..my bro has the 91 and if I cange that spoiler then I would have to get the brake light in the window or change that hatch???? Mabey I will try and make my own using my current light
