Ok, I'm went and tried to get stock GFX for my 84 Z at the local yard, un-fortunetly there is no 82-84 GFX only ones I have seen are 89-92 GFX, I think it would be fine to get 89-92 GFX and put um on there, but the thing I DON'T wanna change is the front nose gfx area, mine has the grill on the GFX and I would like to keep that for Nostalgias sake. How weird would it look with all 89-92 GFX in the back and the stock 84 in the front? I need to know ASAP cause I'm going to go pick um up here in less than an hour.

Probally too late, but DONT!! The 84 gfx are fine without mod, check junkyards, look around, it took me a while to find the front spoiler, but it was worth the wait, the 82-84 is my favorite year, and I used to own one, then I sold it to some f*ck up teenager and it was totalled and blown motor in a month, *** I wish I came to my senses and kept the car, too late now, I also wish the 88 GTA was as fast as my 84 Z28, but oh well, (highly modified Z)

In the end it will look fine, but it wont have the same LOOK !!
Good luck and hope it turns out nice on whatever you do, right now i need to get back to rippin out the Interior in the GTA, and mix and matching the old Z, at least I get the parts!!
And before someone rips me, the GTA interior is SH*T, and the camaro is a grab bag for me for only $30 for anything I need.

As far as making poor decisions goes, I am king. I openly reighn supreme in an arena where few people dare state they go.... oh my g0d in heaven, I had both the rocker pannels (Were already pulled) then attempted to pull of the rest of the pannels... and whats this? It starts to rain..... and what more? Then sun dissapears from the sky.... oh! and my glasses, kinda lost those as well. I said F it hard after about 3 hours of working in the dark, rainy junkyard trying to pull peices, not to mention that whole 'seeing' process was further hampered by my inability to SEE! anything due to loss of glasses. So, what had happened earlier was, I wanted to buy ANOTHER '84 Z from a freind, and he wants $475 for it (Its a 5.0 L69 with all power options, and the tranny is a bit messed up, PLUS needs a full interior resto) and it works fine cept for the tranny. But I came to the conclusion I really would like both a Camaro and a TA, so I decided against it, but as I'm working I kinda take a double take and relize "G0d Damnit, why didn't I just offer to buy the GFX off of him first " well, may still be able to do it, and I to love the 94 GFX, just couldn't find any. So, looks like the body shop is gonna start the welding and cuting 2morrow and do the bending and painting later. Well, now to make my descision about the other car.... .I want it, but I already got an 84 Z, and an 86 Fiero 2M4 (Please g0d, or someone, come rob my house and take that wretched thing) and got no more room, and if I buy another car I'd like it to be either an IROC or a TA/GTA like I said before.... soooo....... damned descisions. Welp, I'm heading to bed to lay my weary head and do some thinkin.....

Get the 84 parts car, of course I have a bias oppinion. Would be great to have doulbe of anything you need, plus if you restore the interior of the other one, you can ask yourself a hard question everyday "hmmmmmmm, Which Color??"
