In Need Of Serious Help!!!!!

Okay I got my IROC-Z last summer. I knew it had some frame damage but now when i got it out of storage to start working on it I noticed a serious problem. The frame is starting to rust really bad and in 1 place under the front door on the pasenger side is a hole in the frame. My 1st ? is how do I repair this damage so it will with stand the force of a nw engine and how do I stop the rest of the rusting? I heard about POR15 but will that with stand serious frame movement? Please Help I dont want to junk the IROC over something like this!

Okay 1st of all, are you positive it is frame and no floorboard? Floorboards usually rust through 1st and can easily be patched--just cut out the bad section and weld new stuff in (or you can go ghetto-style and rivet and JB weld it in...).

If it is the frame, your best bet it to take it into a frame repair shop, unless you do your own welding, then remove bad section and replace/reinforce w/ new steel.

BTW, POR-15 is a great product to control rust. Use it on existing surface rust and nearby areas to prevent rust spread or rust-through. POR-15 cannot substitute for steel frame.
