I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that sells This kind of hood. I want it cuz I just recently rear ended a ford escape (d*mn fords are always in the f*ckin way!). If not, can anyone tell me what might look good on my car of if I should just stick with the standard hood. Thanx for any info

yeah, thats a stock 4th gen hood, I wish someone did make it for our cars

 

REALLY?? I think thats one of the things that made those years look like sh*t, but thats just me. If anyone did make it, they would be charging a WHOLE lotta $$$ for one, so I would go for a diff aftermarket hood.
Good luck either way, and if you do get one, post a pic, that would be interesting to see on a third gen

 

I saw a guy a couple weeks ago with a similar hood on a '91 RS. It had two smaller scoops. He said he got it from a Chevy dealer in their catalogs. Around $400...I don't know if they can order it but it's worth checking.

 

You can get that hood through any GM dealer and most major partss supplier. But it won't fit your car, that is a 4th gen! j/k, I had to do that. That would be a cool idea for a hood though. Maybe make the scoops a little bigger to stand out a hair more. Good luck on finding one, might have to butcher a 4th gen hood and weld a bit.
