Help taking off map pocket

Can anyone tell me how to get the map pocket off? Mine has a hole in it, and I'm trying to replace it, but don't want to mess up the dash.

Get a panel puller tool and slide it behind and pry it off. They are held on by those push in plastic tabs. They are made into the map pocket and have many little feet around the stem that goes in the hole. Most are a tight fit. Just be patient and work them out. If I remember right there are 6. One at each corner and 2 in the middle. The tabs are similar to the ones they use on our doors and rear panels.
