Hatch release
Does anyone know if I can get to the hatch release relay under the center console by removing the inner glove box. Time is not on my side and I hate the thought of having to remove the entire center console. If anyone has any better ideas, please let me know, im game. Essentially, my trunk release doesnt work

You can get to it by removing your shifter **** and the screws which hold the center console, and yes, the screws within the glovebox need to come out as well, the whole assembly lifts best from the back and set your parking break as high as possible to achieve the best angle for removal of the console, or at least access to the relay. Best of luck.
