Well it might be in the manual(yet to look) or someone put it there, but as I was looking at how to change that rear side marker light (drivers side)...Velcro...Yep! ... in the upper corner of the lockable storage compartment . Allows one to pull the compartment back out of the way....Gosh, for awhile there thought I was going to have to pull the whole panel. Did have to pull it once before to remove the rear panel to get at the outer most taillights....Did I go about that wrong

 

I noticed that too. That's exactly what I did when I replaced my driver's side rear marker light.
