how much should i expect to pay for a 1982-1992 camaro hood in a junkyard?

You could always go to a junkyard and ask... I'd expect under $150. Visit a few yards...

Me and my buddy go to junkyards all the time. It really depends on what kind of shape its in. But one time they gave us a 87 TA hood with the small vents for free cause we bought the front end. And another time we found a knight rider style one off a 83 TA adn we got it for 75bucks. Not too bad. SO I'll say 60-120 usually depending on shape. Its mostly how u talk to the guys at the yard the most.

where i live they are 45 bucks no matter what condition there in. ive bought a couple here and they were very nice lookin.

Where I come from, the land of milk and honey, all hoods cost the same price whether it's a Geo or a Truck. So wait til the 1/2 off sale and get it for $25.
