HELLO

jUST BOUGHT A 87 IROC.NEED TO KNOW IF THE TILT WHEEL CAN BE SAVED ITS VERY LOOSE ALSO MY TACH IS OFF...ALOT! ANYBODY EVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS? LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO START,THANKS

You can take the steering column apart to fix the wobble, but it's an all-day-sucker-mama-jama-huge-pain-in-the-a$$.

IF you dont want to deal with the ALL-DAY-SUCKER-MAMA-JAMMA, then just bring it to the dealer, they charge like $60 bucks to fix it...

Must be nice, I just paid the Pontiac dealer her in Columbus Ohio around $200.00 to tighten mine up. However, I did get it back in the same day and no headaches.

That figures, I would have gladly paid that to avoid that whole horror show.
