Gfx rear bumper compatibility
just to make things clear, not the bumper cover, but the actual bumper with that waffle plastic....
anyways, do all the bumpers that have gfx have the same holes to atach any year gfx?
basically i have the 91-92 gfx and i need to know if the rear bumper out of another year bird with gfx will work...
thanks

I'm not sure about the birds, but I know for Camaro's the thing you need to keep in mind is the rocker panels. 90 and older have different rocker panels from the 91-92 style. So whenever you find a replacement bumper I would buy the matching rocker panels too.

I tried to throw a bumper cover from a 1984 onto my car and the bumper (waffle peice) was to big on my car. So I couldnt put it.
Re: Gfx rear bumper compatibility
Looking at my crash guide the '91-92 is all alone when it comes to the waffle peice (energy absorber) and the impact bar.
I also should have added that on the 91-92 there is also a plastic stiffener listed that goes over the waffle peice.
