dumb question: what does a delete option mean?

Axle/Gears: 9 bolt 3.45
dumb question: what does a delete option mean?

like stereo delete or a/c delete. What do these mean?

Means you didn't get them with the car stock. 1LE had those options. ( ac delete atleast)

If it's a "delete" item. It means that an item that normally would be stock (ie radio) was removed or never installed before sale.
