Z-28 Hoods
Z-28 Hoods
Just another quick question. On the site that I'm gonna order my hood on, there's a $60 difference on a hood for a 1991/1992 Z-28 Hood and the IROC hood. What's the difference???!!!!!!
Any why would an RS hood cost more (by just about $100) than the Z-28 hood?
Any feedback is appreciated...

I've kind of wondered that myself.

Well....I think the difference is is that the holes for the power blisters (91-92 Z) and the holes for the louvers (85-90 IROC's & Z's) are in different positions.

I went to the dealer to try to get a hood for my 83 it was discontinued so I asked about the 85-90 iroc hood and the 91-92 Z28 hood he told me that they were the same part numbers just different bolt on's

Nope, they are interchangeable. My Sport Coupe has blisters on a 86 IROC hood.
