Rusty Floor Pans

My floor pans have started to rust from my leaky T-Tops. There are no holes in hte metal but the rust has spread to a 5"x5" area. If I coated this with POR15 would this be strong enough to still support the seats etc.?

Depends on how sturdy that section of floor is now. Can you push your finger through it? Or is it still solid, but rusty? If it's still as solid as unrusty steel, you'll be fine coating it.

Is this at an attachment point for the seat or something? If not, you could always cut the bad area out, por-15 the edges, draw a bead of silicone around the edge of the hole, lay a piece of aluminum over it, and pop-rivet the aluminum in place. Not the prettiest fix- for that you'd be doing some welding- but still, a waterproof, rustproof fix.

Well you can't push a hole in it with your finger but if you took a hammer to it I'm sure you could put a hole in it. I think I'm going to get a shop to weld a patch in there and then all the other surface rust I will just cover with POR15. That should be pretty good, right?
