When I close my hood, number one, it doesnt close all the way, it does lock, but there is a 1/2" gap. Also When I close it, on the left side there is about an 1/8" gap, and on the right side there is about a 1/2" gap. Please help!!

 

You should probably try adjusting the latch first. Just loosen the two bolts and lower the latch until you get it where you want it. As far as the sides, you can adjust the rubber bump stops until it is even.
