Help With My Split Rear Seats

I HAVE AN 83 Z/28 WITH A ONE PIECE REAR SEAT. I BOUGHT SPLIT BACK SEATS BECAUSE I HEARD YOU CAN PUT THEM IN WITHOUT TOO MUCH TROUBLE. HOW DO I GO ABOUT DOING IT. WHAT KIND OF MODIFICATIONS WILL I NEED TO DO?

Theres only one thing , ya gotta get a metal bar from the middle of a spit seat car and weld it onto yours other than that its just bolt it in place... in the tech articles theres an article about this , check it out.

You need the center piece that is welded to the hump. It has a rod that runs through it that the seat latches to. I just ripped mine off because I switched to a one pc. rear seat back. You can find one at a juck yard. The welds break easy and you can bolt it on.
