I think this is the right forum.

I get this loud crack--like noise that is coming form the fornt right of my car, maybe inside , maybe outside. It's not the dash pad.

Hppens even a very low speeds, over the smallest road imperfection...its' driving me nuts!

Any thoughts?

 

interior noise in my car is bad also, thats why i have a cd player..

i need subframe connectors..

hard to say what it could be coming from the interior, when did it start?

 

yep, tough one.

i'd have someone else drive your car (yah.. hard thing to do.. i know) and take off your kick-panel and see if anythings vibrating down there.

The best thing to do is get subframes. I just put on some new Alston's and let me tell you, WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I had a bunch of squeaks and rattles before, then they just disappeared after they were put on. I went from like 20 rattles and stuff to only 3! One in the door, one in the dash and one in the rear hatch area. They are worth the money and effort. I put on a Edelbrock STB also, and it has helped with the noises, too.
