PICS! Seat covers/doorpanels from HAWKS
OK they're not installed yet, cuz I have some body work to finish up first, but I wanted to show you all.
They are replacing my Medium Beechwood (which I know you all hate
). But poop on you guys, cuz I like it
It is just a tad darker than the beechwood, but Bruce and I talked at great length about the matching, and it was something we agreed on, not a mistake. Plus the Med. Beechwood is probably one of the most difficult to match.
As you can see, the stitching and the materials are almost exactly the same as the factory. There are a few wrinkles in the seats, but that's of course because they were in a bag for shipping, and will obviously flatten out once installed.
Bruce said 2 to 4 weeks. I gott'em in 19 days, and that includes the Turkey day holiday.
I have huge Hi-res photos if you some of you want to see the texture better, but Email me privately for the sake of dial-uppers, I'll send 'em to ya directly.
I think the total was just under $500, when all was said and done.
Bruce at Hawks, was GREAT to work with!!!
