Is there any 'special' adheasive that should be used to bond the carpet material to the plastic panels like on the center console, kick panels.. etc. I'm planning on giving my car the luxury upgrade t othe rear plastic parts.. should I sand the plastic first?, is there any special cleaner I should use on the plastic first? Thanks

 

3M trim adheasive works well, and yeah sand the plastic a little to get a better bonding surface I used some hot glue around tight edges too worked great so far
