window sweeps? where and how?

window sweeps? where and how?
my window sweeps are falling apart, on the inside and out, i have been glewing them but it just wont work anymore. does anybody know where i can get a set of new ones? inside and out and how hard are they to change? thanks alot

The are easy to change. I got my from a GM dealer. For the inner side, I had to by the whole black plastic piece.
