Does anyone know what it would look like if I cut out all the plastic grill pieces and make it look like the 85-90 Z-28 and IROC-Z. Has anyone done this? I was gonna do this and then paint it red to match my body color. Any opinions?

welcome to the boards. it is always nice to see people from IL moding there f body. you could just tke off the grill. this is what it looks like with my iroc grill off, so i would assume since all the late model cars use the same nose, that yours would not differ.
just imagine that there is the gfx on there
thanks

I'm with everyone else. Just buy the Z28 grill. I bought one for 42 dollars from dealer. I've actually seen this done on a car runnin around here, and let me tell ya, it looks like crap. You won't get the same effect as you would with the Z28 grill. By the way, welcome to the boards.
