make your own, i used the cardboard backing as a template and made a new panel from 1/8" paneling, sewed autobond porsche black carpet to some kinda fake leather stuff i bought, hot glued the carpet to the bottom of the panel, put padding in the top part (rolled cotton or something to that effect) and hot glued the leather stuff to the back of the panel. Never did anything like it before, it was real easy, came out lookin like this...
i don't think they look too terrible...i think the total cost was like $30 or 40 for the pair, only took about two hours
