I bought an aluminum overlay for my 1992 Camaro RS and I am stumped on how to take my dash apart. I can get it loose but the headlight **** doesn't come off so it gets in the way. I don't wanna break anything so I figured I'd ask here. Any help would be appreciated.

Addionally if anyone knows how I can cheaply get my stock camaro to about 225-250 horse power as cheap as possible it'd also be very helpful. Thank you very much.
