Door closing with the windows up

Hey guys,
My Camaro has trouble shutting its doors with the windows up while its winter. When my friends get in the car, I have to roll my window down a crack so that they dont have to try to shut the door again. Also, they have to shut their door before I shut mine or the pass window will not go into the weatherstripping groove, it will just smash it all in. On the drivers side, I have to push on the window for the door to shut without crunching the t top because for some reason my window does not like my t top lip. Any suggestions on how to solve any of these problems?

I think all 3rd gens have this problem. I have owned 5 already and they all had some sort of problem with the window and the weatherstriping. My car does the same thing and I dont have ttops. You have to adjust the window again. take the panel off and get a Chiltons book. It will show you a diagram in there and point out what bolts adjust what. There is over 5 different bolts that have an effect on the windows adjustment. Also, once you get it adjusted take it for a ride and listen for and wind noise. You may get a small amount. the oor will always shut different if the other door is open. Its because of the pressure that builds up in the car when the door is shut with the windows up
