i have never seen this was this made stock to some irocs or just someones handyman work?

handywork. Theirs a cpl companies that sell them as part fo a wood over lay kit.

IMO, that is horrible (not the hndywortk, it looks like it is made realy nice) but why would anybody put that in there car.
