Car: An '87 Italian Retard Out Cruisin'
Engine: LS1 install in progress
Transmission: 4L60e
Axle/Gears: 9 bolt
Electric speedo conversion??
I need to switch over to the electric speedo setup from my mechanical. I am doing a 4th gen dash swap and need an electric 4k ppm vss or whatever so I can run the 4th gen cluster.
How would I go about doing this? What do I need to switch it over? Am I going to run into any problems? I have been searching but Im still kind of clueless as to how to do this to my car. I totally suck when it comes to electrical crap. I have posted this question on the electrical board but haven't gotten any help.
My car is an '87 350 Iroc w/auto tranny and obviously the mechanical speedo. Thanks.
