i'm taking a guess here, i've never removed one with an alarm or power anything, but either in the door itself or just inside the car (i'd look but my car is on jacks and under a cover) there should be a weatherpack connector or some kind of harness connector. Once that is disconnected, the alarm is going to have to be swapped, that would probally be easiest by removing whatever alarm components are inside the door and disconnecting or cutting the wire(s). Then take the door off like usual, and do the reverse for installation. if you need any help, let me know, i'll dig into my car if you want and see how all the power stuff connects, i'm not going to be any help with the alarm unless i have pictures of the inside of your door...
