Well after finding the "squaking" noise when i was driving it turne dout to be the hatch. I took out the rear panels inside and saw that the plastic housing on the bottom of the assembly was very broken. I tried to super glue it, but after about two days it gave out. Now for a temp fix i have the motor and hatch pull-down duct taped. Where can I get the plastic housing and the nylon guides for a 91 Camaro Rs hatch pull down unit? I was looking on hawks but most of the stuff thats similar is for 1990. IF anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Buying a good used one is an option. You can rebuild yours for less than that with all new parts and have a better unit when you're done. My guides are much stronger than the OEM version and carry a 5-year replacement warranty. The motor housings often crack where they are mounted to the frame with 3 screws. The ones I sell are much stronger because they are reinforced with 4 pieces of aluminum and epoxy.
