okay you know that black triangle seal part by the front of hte car door. Does the whole peice come out or do you just change the seal ont he side of it? I'm changing over to another door since mines is damaged. And the seal on the new door is all messed up. But I'm not sure how to change it. Thanks

 

The seal just slides out. When I put mine in I also put some silicone to make sure they had a good seal to one another.
