Wiring up the 4th gen dash questions

Wiring up the 4th gen dash questions
Coudn't find the info I need doing the search so here are my questions.
Can I Eliminate my stock fuse panel and use the 4th gen one since I am getting the complete IP harness and all switches and controls with it.
Will the headlights, foglights, hatch release switches on the 4th gen dash control my 3rd gen ones?
If I change to a 4th gen heater/blower setup, I should be able to use the 4th gen controls without any real issues besides fitting the 4th gen heater/blower setup, right?
Also, any tips you can provide me with will help out greatly.
I removed my stock dash today, car has a lot of space on the inside now with no seats, console, and dash removed.
