Convertible parts

Where can I get that damn plastic piece that is like interior trim on the roof of my top? It looks like when th tonneau goes down, it has hit it over the years and cracked the corner. It flops and crap going down the road and is aggravating. Girlfriend hates it. Would like to get the one that goes across the windshield too if they aren't ungodly expensive. Let me know something. Its a 91 z-28 drop top. :hail:

It just unscrews, if I remember right a couple are tough to find so be careful you don't break it, as far as new one, I'm afraid us 'vert guys are SOL.

I need that same piece for mine. It cracked where a couple of the screws go through. I may try and repair it (krazy glue? lol). Then again...I just may never put the top up again . If ya find one tho, post on here where ya got it. I'm sure there's lots of us looking for them.

It looks to me that the aftermarket part companies are starting re-produce convertable parts....granted that want and arm and a leg for them but Third Gen Resource has, rear panels, the "b piller" top plastic parts, and new tonneau covers....i think Hawks got them as well, the parts i would like to see reproduced next would the parts to tighting up the top...those plastic bushings...of and new new latches for me car, the ones on teh windshield, they are wearing down.....I want to take a closer look and see how they are attached and how hard it would be to have them reproduced.

I need one of these too. If anyone finds a source for this part share the wealth. So far I can't find anyone that reproduces them.
