It's nothing special, but I wouldn't pay over $15 or so for it. You can find them all the time in the classifieds and at junkyards for that much.

She mentions that the ebrake handle is scuffed up....wonder how that happened..

It's probably some dude that asked his gal to pose for him so he could hopefully sell his junk to pay for their trailer thats falling apart.
