Anyone with good sunvisors???

I like pretty much everything about my '86 TA interior except the sun visors (and perhaps the lack of express down windows that will be fixed with newer switches). The visors seem to never be in the right place to do any good and are way to short to block the sun from the side window position. I've temporarily gone back to my 80's wrap around sunglasses with the leather side blinders... Has anyone pulled some from another car that work better???

I am going to be replacing my visors soon and have a few plans. For instance, teh new cars have that plastic slider peice in them so it blocks the sun better. Also, a vanity mirror (Girls hate driving in my car because it lacks one). So, I do use mine all the time I wish I could make them so I could move it over the t-top area and block some sun from the top. Now that would be cool.

I don't know about you but with my hood and the visor down I already cant see anything, and once just to see I turned on my lights(firebird) and put down the visor and I had like a 3 inch by 10 inche space I could see out of. LOL Check some of the airplane supply magazines they sell some tented extenders that you might like. They also sell sunvisors that are tented. plastic I think. You can also get some tented static stick sheets to put on the side wiindows.

But I just prefer sunglasses.

With the t-tops off and the windows down, the sun comes in no matter what! Fashionable sunglasses are the way to go. My visors are basically in there to help hold up the headliner.
