ARG!!! How do i get the Door panel off?

ARG!!! How do i get the Door panel off?

OK, i took off the arm rests and the pocket thing and i can get the majority of the panel off, but there is one piece, the black hard plastic piece along the top, that i cannot get off? any idea's on how to do that.

The thing just clips in there. It's connected to the whole door panel itself. The best way I've found, is to roll the window down, (completely) and then push down and out at the same time. Just keep working with it. It has no bolts or screws that hold it in. It also helps if you have all the clips loose from the perimeter of the door, and the plastic around the door handles removed as well.

then it's a lot harder to take it off. You need to push the panel toward the outside as you come up with it, and obviously that is quite difficult when the window is there. It's still possible though.

w00t!!! we got it off of there yesterday, now the motor and arm was a biotch to get out but we did, and the new motor works, it just got dark before we could finish, so today we should have it all bolted back together.
