Well, some of you may have seen this auction:

I made a deal with the seller outside of Ebay for $725 SHIPPED. I PayPal'd the full amount TEN DAYS AGO. The seller was great as far as getting replies to me before I sent PayPal. Since then, its been HORRIBLE trying to get this guy to communicate.

He originally said that they would ship on 8-06 or 8-07. I emailed him asking for tracking numbers and like 3-4 days later I got a reply that they were ready to be picked up by UPS on Monday (8-11) and that I'd get tracking numbers then. Monday and Tuesday came and went, no reply. FINALLY I get this email saying that he was out of town and that they'll ship TODAY (8/14). I really feel like this guy is jerking me around.

Anyway, because I want 95-96 SS/Z28 leather seats, I found another set (which look to me mint) on Ebay:

I'm hoping that the original set was a miscommunication and that they actually come to me or I get my $725 back. If not, I will pursue legal action. Hopefully it doesn't and I get both sets, but only time will tell.

*IF* both come, I'll most likely sell the first set, just because it doesn't have a power driver's side seat. If I do, would anybody here be interested? If so, how much?

MODS: I didn't post in it classifieds because its not really a "classified" message. The post was more or less about my struggles with the seller.

 

Do you have the font seats only? Or do you have the rear seats also?

 

2 full sets. Front and rears.

 

You could've bought a beater IROC for what you have invested in seats.

 

Well, the first seller FINALLY sent me PayPal for $725. So, its all good.

Lets just hope this second seller doesn't screw me too.
