How Do I Take Off the Deck Lid Wiper?

Getting my 82 Firebird s/e ready for a respray. I have most of the stuff that needs to be removed taken off. My car has a wiper motor on the deck lid. The Haynes manual doesn't mention anything about taking off the wiper itself or the motor for that matter. There are no tabs to be pulled like on the front wipers, well not that I can see anyway. Can anyone tell me how to take it off.

Thanks.

It's been a couple of years since I messed with the rear wiper, but it 'seems' to me that you need to lift up the wiper to access the underside where you'll find a clip/lever affair.

What year did the rear wiper come on?

I think i recall reading on this forum that it was 85 (or maybe it was 86) and older vehicles... they stopped the option because it wasn't popular
