I just got an IROC turbo hood and was just wondering how the louvers attach to the hood.

 

There are plastic studs coming out of them that have metal speed nuts on the underside of the hood. You must remove the insulation before you can gain access to the speed nut.

Edit - Just realized you said turbo hood. Not sure if it's the same procedure.
