Its a bit expensive but Mark at markscustomkits.comMarks Custom Kits , the guy that makes Knight Rider conversion parts has a fiberglass headliner available. I'd much rather have the ABS ones that the other companies sell for that price but it seems you want no material to cover it. but check it out its under additional products and services in the table of contents....oh and its only for t-tops.

I haven't seen any t-top cars with a resin/fiberglass headliner. Mine doesn't nor the ones I've seen in junkyards. They are made out of that fiberboard material but they easily crumble, that isn't fiberglass. The one mark sells is made of fiberglass like the kind you'd make a spoiler out of...so you can sand it smooth it and paint it or cover it with material if you'd like.

mine was falling apart when I removed the material to recover it, I got to thinking its just compressed fiber(not glass but none the less) So I coated the board in resin, then applied one layer of fiber glass cloth to it. Bingo instant fiberglass headliner, I then covered it with headliner material, but all in all it was decent. The hardest part is getting the edges straight, but a little work you could go a few more layers, then sand it down and fill in and sand prime paint you would have it.
