Interior Door Handle Installation
Mine broke so I had to buy a new one. How do I go about taking out the old interior door handle and putting in the new one? It will be going on the passenger side if that's important.

If you got the whole handle (handle + the bracket) there will be one large rivet (black arrow) you'll need to drill out to remove the handle assy. The pull rod should be self explanitory one you've started remove the handle. If it's just the handle lever, you'll need to grind the bottom of the pin off (white arrow) and simply swap the handles. The assy can be bolted or riveted back on. Just the handle would probably be easiest to just use a long bolt & nylon lock nut. Might be a better way.. that's just how I'd do it.

Thats just how I did it couple of months ago. There's some real good threads on this including removing the interior door panel (the top is a little tricky) and remembering to lubricate your window glides while your'e in there also.
