will 91' trans am/firebird tail lights fit on 92' firebird
i was wondering if, those cool lights that where put on the 91' 92' trans am/firebird fit on my 92' firebird? and what i mean by trans am/firebird i mean the trans am with the front end of a firebird! i love those tail lights on those cars, i think they are the best lookin' lights of any f-body. i just bought some gta wheels on ebay, and am planning to get them powder coated black, to go along with a new black paint job thats also in the not so distant future, so if any body can help me out i would appreciate it!!-jorge
p.s.--if any body lives in so-cal and knows a good body shop please let me know, i want to remove a dent and paint my ride. thanks.

The base lights use more bulbs. I heard that you have to change the wiring harness for the swap to work but my friend (who is 90firebird on the boards) did it without changing the harness.

the 91/92 Trans Am taillights will fit on a 92 Firebird, but you have to change one socket on each side from the bigger bulb socket to the smaller, flatter bulb socket. it's easy though. only takes about 15 minutes. the hardest part is finding the taillights. here's my swap:
