seat tracks

ive never even looked at the bottem of a seat before. i need to know how to take the tracks off. id like pictures to if possible.

They are held to the bottom of the seats by four bolts.

Axle/Gears: 3.70 Posi disc 9 bolt
Four bolts hold the whole seat to the floor of the car. The seat itself is bolted to the tracks by four other bolts.

I removed all of my seats but kept the tracks. Swapped in the new seats in about an hour or so.
