pulling on a part of your frame will cause you nothing but headache. Do yourself a favor and take it to a reputable body shop and get an estimate. At least then you'll know how extensive the damage is.

The last thing you want to do is go pulling on it and get it more twisted than it was before.

once its bent, it's never the same, unless you pay major money for a pro. i went to a junk yard and just cut one off for my 86 sc from an 87 f-bird. its no big deal, any decent sawzall will cut through the battery tray and frame like butter( they're disgustingly thin). take it some where and chisle off the frame ends and any fender parts you didnt need. then simply find a welder and 10 mins later you have a perfectly fine support and surprisingly little cost ( for me only 15 for the support and 10 for sawzall blades and chisles).

Unless your experienced in doing something like that, take it to a shop to have it fixed. You can cut and weld as much as you want on it, but you aren't going to be able to make it like it was b4. Trust me, I work in a body shop, unless you know what your doing and have access to the equipment(i.e. a frame machine) you won't be able to do it.
