wow, that's the most stripped-down T/A I've ever seen without calling it a pile of parts instead of a T/A

i saved everything but the main body, very badly damaged. I couldn't drive it like this cause the first thing i pulled was the motor.

lol, i was thinking a 150 shot on the stock engine and some fat tires, spray off the line and get a wicked wheelstand, until you fall out from the lack of a seat or belts....but yea, if you stayed on, it'd run real nice times, given that the whole thing doesn't just fold and bend over itself

lets see, my car weighs 3050 with a full interior...i reckon thats half the car (assuming the engine weighs around as much as the full interior)....stock engine was maybe 170hp....+150...so 310hp on a 1500lb car...the little online calcs that est et and mph based on weight and hp say that it'd run 9.7@138

You're both right! That would make the coolest overgrown go-cart I've ever seen! Otherwise just tack a roll-cage over the whole thing and call it GOOD! Hehehe

Heh heh.. All he would need is a steering wheel/column, gas/brake pedals,a rollbar,2 bench seats(front&back) and maybe an old 1600cc VW Bug engine.

Here's one we did back in the beginning of may. Its fed 4 thirdgen's and counting. Looks like you ravaged yours alot worse though

You gotta have some fun with it before you take it to the scrapyard though, it would be wrong not to

I guess this proves once and for all that if you go and cut the bar out of your t-tops your car won't instantly fold.
